What is Hide & Leather's Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse by contacting our customer support team at +971 52 102 3671. This does not include items purchased on sale. Once canceled, the amount paid by you will be credited back into your bank account in the form of a cash refund within 7 – 10 working days.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) the order by contacting our customer support team at +971 52 102 3671. If the updated shipping address is in a different state, additional shipping fees may be charged.

I just canceled my order. When will I receive my refund?

If you have selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to refund because you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive a refund in your account within 4 - 7 working days after your order has been canceled. Any coupons used are also reinstated to your account.

What is Hide & Leather's Return and Exchange Policy?

Hide & Leather's Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased on Hide & Leather within 5 days of receipt. In case of returns, we will credit the amount you paid for the products as cashback into your bank account. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock, reason for return and condition of the original product returned to us.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. holders must be packed in the original packaging as well and returned), and should not be broken or tampered with.
  • Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
  • Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team. In case you had purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the item, the maximum of Refunds/Free item MRP will be debited until the satisfactory receipt of all free gift(s)/offer item(s) that are shipped along with it.
  • If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

Once your return is received by us, it will be inspected by our team and the product purchase cost you will be reimbursed subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy.

Shipping Policy

  • Products will be dispatched to the address specified in the Order Form only upon registration of the payment and provided effective payment of the purchase price. Delivery to PO boxes will not be allowed.
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours from the order confirmation with the exception of sale periods where it may take up to 3 to 5 working days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination authority/customs clearance processes.
  • We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. All purchases are insured by us while in transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your parcel, please refer to the email you were sent containing your tracking number or alternatively email us at customercare@hideandleather.com and we will track your shipment for you.
  • The Shipping charges are commensurate with the Value of the consignment and will be chargeable on each individual product. The same will be shown in the order sheet and subsequent Invoice. The slab of charges are under and applicable on deliveries in UAE.
  • All domestic orders are shipped via our Courier partners. It takes 3 to 5 working days for domestic delivery . Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  • All orders require a signature upon receipt.
  • Please order from Hide & Leather with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as Hide & Leather cannot be responsible for this.
  • If your order will not be delivered within the timeframe specified at ordering we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible.
  • If you decide to purchase products belonging to different classes by submitting to Hide & Leather a single Order Form, you should be aware that each Product may be delivered to you at a different timeline.
  • As Hide & Leather purchases may be delivered to addresses other than the billing address given by the card holder, for example as with the case of a gift being purchased and addressed to a friend, as a security precaution, an e-mail and a copy of the invoice will be sent to the card holders registered email address and home address, and we will need a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped.
